Jiaxing Railway Station, as called “the station in the forest”, was designed by renowned designer Ma Yansong and his team, constructed by China Railway Construction Engineering Group. As the main material supplier, Dongxing Group has served the main part of the station with ingenuity - the north and south station waiting halls and its main passageways and so on.

After taking the project, Dongxing Group, based on experiences in undertaking many large-scale key projects, gathered the technical specialist of Terrazzo Division, Engineering Operation Center, Finishing Department and Carving Workshop at the first time, and set up the project team of "Dongxing · Jiaxing Speed" to race against time day and night.
In more than 2000 kinds of inorganic terrazzo specifications, there are more than 960 kinds of shaped parts distributed in the axle beam, air vent, beam column, tailgate, channel and other parts, including many arc plate, oversized hyperbolic ...... The processing difficulty is beyond imagination.
Practical application effect of shaped components
From the processing line to the front end of the project, every link, every process, every component, the Dongxing team followed the spirit of "five Ingenuity" to overcome the difficulties one by one. If the model cannot be processed quantitatively, it relies on machine positioning, and then heavy hand polishing and refinement. In order to ensure the accuracy of the overall assembly layout, we repeatedly tested and adjusted, and continuously deepened the processing scheme, which was finally fully affirmed by the project.
